On Wednesday August 9th, cSPACE Marda Loop welcomes Calgary’s Poet Laureate Wakefield Brewster to Art Park for an inclusive, free, open mic poetry event!

This event kicks off a series of Poetry in the Park pit stops throughout the city.
A unique social justice art exhibition showcasing several hand-painted, photorealistic portraits and heartwarming and emotional life stories.
Come hear the poetry of Robert Greenwood, read by him and sung by Nora Jane Bonner. Arrangements composed and accompanied by Colleen Athparia.
