Freedom Through Theatre: Linda Kee

At cSPACE Eau Claire this November, Filipinx artist-in-residence Linda Kee has been been introducing Augusto Boàl’s Theatre of the Oppressed techniques to actors and non-actors. Forum Theatre uses experiential learning to explore socio-political issues through interactive theatrical performances. Like a choose your own adventure, Forum Theatre uses input from the audience/participants to direct the action and work through challenging scenarios.

A mixture of open rehearsals, documentary screenings, and movement workshops are open and available for the public to explore. No experience necessary!
