The Rozsa Foundation is a learning-focused philanthropic organization, and the work we do is centred around developing knowledge and understanding to move the collective work of the Calgary arts community forward.

We develop arts leaders through our suite of Training Programs which are designed to strengthen business acumen and organizational resilience within arts organizations.

Our programs are facilitated by a combination of instructors including: Rozsa Foundation staff (practicing arts professionals), University of Calgary Haskayne School of Business faculty, Rozsa Award recipient alumni, and leadership consultants.
